Be sure you know your Apple ID and password, and back up your iPhone before you get a repair. 

Send it in

Contact us and we’ll send a box right away to collect your iPhone. You can then arrange to ship it to an Apple Repair Center at your convenience. If you have AppleCare+ coverage, you can also use our Express Replacement Service.

What to expect

 

Some locations offer same-day screen repairs. If you send your iPhone directly to an Apple Repair Center or if your technician needs to ship it for you, it will be returned or ready for pickup in approximately 1 day
